Terms of Service

Jeff Construction Group LLC is a licensed New Jersey General Contractor (license 13VH13126500). We provide roofing, siding, gutter, and attic inspection services in New Jersey.

Any pricing shown on the Site — including our Instant Quote calculator, "starting at" prices, and financing payment estimates — is provided as a budgeting tool only. It is not a binding offer. A binding price requires a written quote following an in-person inspection. We reserve the right to revise any estimate based on conditions observed on site.

All work we perform is governed by a written project agreement signed by both parties. That agreement controls scope, materials, schedule, payment terms, change orders and warranties. If anything in these Terms conflicts with your signed project agreement, the project agreement controls for that project.

Unless otherwise stated in your signed project agreement, invoices are due upon completion of the work. Late balances may accrue interest at the maximum rate permitted by New Jersey law. We accept check, ACH, major credit cards, and approved third-party financing.

Our workmanship warranty and the applicable manufacturer's product warranty are described on our Warranty page and in each project agreement. Except as expressly stated there, we make no other warranties, express or implied, and disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose to the fullest extent permitted by law.

All content on the Site — text, photos, logos, designs, and the Jeff Construction Group name — is owned by Jeff Construction Group or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, scrape, republish, or use Site content for any commercial purpose without our written permission.

The Site may include an AI-powered chat assistant. Responses from the assistant are informational and do not constitute a binding quote, professional advice, or a warranty. If the assistant cannot answer a question, it may offer to capture your contact details so we can follow up by phone or email.

You agree not to: (a) interfere with the Site's operation; (b) attempt unauthorized access; (c) submit false or misleading information through any form; (d) use the Site to send spam or unlawful communications; or (e) reverse-engineer any part of the Site.

The Site may link to third-party websites — such as manufacturer pages, financing partners, or the New Jersey L&I license-verification tool. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of any third-party site.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jeff Construction Group disclaims all warranties relating to the Site, including warranties of accuracy, availability, non-infringement, and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jeff Construction Group's total liability arising out of or relating to your use of the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Liability arising out of any project we perform is limited as set forth in the signed project agreement for that project. In no event are we liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute is the state or federal courts located in Essex County, New Jersey, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
