04How long does a roof replacement take?
Most asphalt re-roofs on a standard single-family home are finished in 1 to 2 days, including full tear-off, new underlayment, drip edge, flashing, shingles and clean-up.
05How long will my new roof last?
Architectural asphalt shingles from manufacturers like GAF and Owens Corning typically carry 30-year to lifetime limited product warranties when installed to spec. Real-world lifespan depends on ventilation, sun exposure and maintenance.
06What warranty do you offer?
Materials carry the manufacturer's warranty (GAF, Owens Corning and other major brands). Our workmanship is also warranty-backed — terms are spelled out in the written quote for your specific project.
07Do you handle emergency leaks?
Yes. We answer the phone 24/7 and target a same-day or next-day tarp / temporary fix for active leaks, with a permanent repair scheduled right after.
08Will my insurance cover the work?
Storm and impact damage are often covered by homeowner's insurance. We're happy to walk the roof with your adjuster, document damage with photos, and provide the paperwork the carrier needs.

12What if it rains during my install?
New Jersey weather is part of the job. We watch the forecast, schedule conservatively, and use temporary weather protection whenever a roof is opened up. We never leave a roof exposed overnight.
13Do you remove moss?
Yes — soft-wash algae treatment that lifts moss without stripping granules, plus optional zinc strip installation to slow regrowth.
14How do I pay?
We accept check, ACH, all major credit cards, and financed payments through our lending partners. Nothing is due until work begins, and final payment is due on completion.
